The evaluation system of MiBAC performance

The study aims at representing the array of structures and activities of MiBAC, identifying and calculating relevant indicators for the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the peripheral structures responsible for the management of the state assets spread over the territory. The objective is to offer a contribution for the performance evaluation of the Ministry in accordance with the directionsof the Commissione CiVIT (d.l. 27/10/2009 and subsequent resolution 89/2010 "On parameters and reference models of the measurement system andand performance appraisal").
