Anthony Gad Bigio is a Senior Urban Specialist with the Sustainable Development Network of the World Bank, and has been managing investment projects, studies and programs in the areas of cities and climate change, post-disaster infrastructure reconstruction, housing policy reforms, slum upgrading, urban poverty reduction, urban air quality management and historic cities preservation for over fifteen years.
